Ent300 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using ent300's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

1Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ent300 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Use of the ent300 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or access the platform from a permitted territory.
- Not be subject to any prohibition or restriction enforced under Malaysian law.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you do not meet any of the above requirements, you are strictly prohibited from using the ent300 platform. ent300 reserves the right to request age or identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with these terms.
2Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account at ent300. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — even under different names, phone numbers, or bank details — are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate, and complete. Any false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms. ent300 reserves the right to verify all information provided and to request supporting documents at any time.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your password and account login credentials confidential.
- All activity within your account, including transactions and bets placed.
- Notify ent300 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Not share your account with or allow any other party to use your account.
Ent300 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.
3Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the ent300 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Accepted deposit methods include but are not limited to:
- Online banking — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, and other local banks.
- Instant payment via FPX (Financial Process Exchange).
- Local e-wallets including Touch 'n Go eWallet.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. ent300 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your ent300 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. ent300 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding the set limit. All transactions are subject to applicable anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
4Platform Usage Rules & Account Policy
Users agree to use the ent300 platform for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any method that manipulates the platform's systems.
- Fraud, misuse, or abuse of promotions and bonuses — including multiple registrations to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- Any activity that violates Malaysian law or negatively affects other users.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfere with security systems.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
Ent300 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigation purposes where a breach is suspected. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and any balance associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited. ent300's decisions regarding account closure are final.
To recover an account that has been suspended in error, users may contact customer support via email and provide the required identity verification details.
5Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The ent300 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, ent300 makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
Ent300 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical failures, or transaction processing delays caused by factors beyond ent300's control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ent300 platform — including brand names, logos, text, graphics, interface designs, and software — is the property of ent300 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from ent300.
Third-Party Links
The ent300 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment processors. ent300 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, or practices of those third parties. Users are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
6Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ent300 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version of the terms in force.
Continued use of the ent300 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
